"Refer a Friend Event" Terms & Conditions

This promotion ("Promotion") is organized by Daily&Co, where existing customers (each a "Referrer" and collectively, "Referrers") may be eligible to earn rewards for referring individuals to (a) make a purchase from Daily&Co and its family stores (andar Singapore and MONGZE) using a user-specific referral link (each a "Referee" and collectively, "Referees"). Referrers and Referees shall be collectively referred to as “participants”.

1. This Promotion commences immediately and ends on 31 December 2023, 23:59 (GMT+8) ("Promotion Period").

2. Referrers may participate in this Promotion by sharing their unique referral link, found on the Daily&Co website, with potential Referees. For a successful referral:

1) The Referee must complete a purchase
2) It must be the Referee's first purchase from Daily&Co and its family stores ( https://dailynco.com/, https://andar-sg.com/, https://mongze.com, offline store at Marina Square "Daily&Co")
3) The user agent & IP address that clicks on the referral link must match the user agent & IP address that completes the purchase.

3. For every successful referral, the Referrer will receive 1,000 D cash, which can be redeemed for a $10 SGD discount. The Referee will also receive 1,000 D cash upon receiving the referral link and creating a Daily&Co account.

4. The top referrers as of 31 December 2023 will receive the following prizes:
- Top Referrer: Klug Stretching Massager (S$450)
- 2nd Place: MONGZE Ergo Airnet™ Pillow (S$139)
- 3rd to 5th Place: andar 2 Way Sling Backpack (S$70)

5. A referral may fail if:
- The Referee clicked on the referral link but made the purchase on a different IP address or user agent.
- The referral will only be completed on the first purchase made via the referral link.

6. All decisions made by Daily&Co in respect to any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. Daily&Co reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions, terminate, or otherwise amend this Promotion without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

7. By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees that any and all personal data they submit may be collected, used, and disclosed by Daily&Co for the purposes of the Promotion.

8. Employees of Daily&Co, their immediate families, affiliates, subsidiaries, related agencies, and suppliers associated with this campaign are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Corporations and other artificial entities are not eligible to participate.

9. Participants are advised to obtain independent legal advice at their own expense before participating in the Promotion. Daily&Co will not be responsible for any consequences that participants may suffer (including but not limited to any damage, loss, injury, or dissatisfaction) from participating in the Promotion.

10. By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Non-compliance or breach of any of these terms and conditions may result in the participant being disqualified at any stage of the Promotion.

1. What is the "Refer a Friend" campaign?

The "Refer a Friend" campaign is an event where you can refer friends to shop at https://dailynco.com/. Both you (the Referrer) and your friend (the Referee) receive rewards for successful referrals.

2. What do I get for referring a friend?

For every successful referral, you will receive 1,000 D cash (equivalent to $10 SGD discount). The friend you referred will also receive 1,000 D cash upon receiving the referral link and creating a Daily&Co account.

3. How is a referral deemed "successful"?

A referral is successful when:
- The referred friend completes a purchase
- It is the referred friend's first purchase.
- The user agent & IP address that clicked on the referral link matches the user agent & IP address that completes the purchase.

4. What can cause a referral to fail?

A referral may fail if:
- The referred customer clicked the link but made a purchase on a different IP or user agent.
- The referred friend does not complete their first purchase made via the referral link.

5. Can I refer multiple friends?

Yes, you can refer as many friends as you'd like. However, make sure that the referrals are genuine and meet the criteria for a successful referral.

6. Is there any additional reward for being a top referrer?

Yes! We have prizes for top referrers:

7. How will I know if I've received my 1,000 D cash reward?

You will be notified via the email address you provided when signing up on https://dailynco.com/account/register Make sure to check your inbox and spam folders for our notification.

8. Can I accumulate my 1,000 D cash rewards from multiple referrals?

Yes, the rewards from multiple successful referrals can be accumulated.

9. When does this campaign end?

The campaign ends on 31st December 2023.

10. What if my referral was deemed unsuccessful, but I believe it met all the criteria?

Please contact our customer support at customerservice_sg@dailynco.com with details of your referral. We will review it and get back to you.

11. Can I refer myself using a different email or device?

No. Referring yourself, regardless of the method, is not allowed and may result in disqualification from the campaign.
